I’m going to be honest, most of my posts are about food. I am over half way through my nutrition and dietetics degree and am borderline obsessed with the concept of food as medicine. I adore cooking and look forward to each and every mealtime. However, sometimes we need to take a break from talking, reading and writing about food. Otherwise it becomes our whole world and we forget that there’s more to life than chopping veggies and anticipating the awesomeness of our next smoothie encounter.
