*All my recipes are suitable for a whole foods lifestyle and are gluten-free, refined-sugar free, soy-free and free of pretty much anything processed (additives, preservatives, colours, flavours etc.). I don’t use too many tins or packets, however some recipes use items such as 100% pure coconut cream, bottled coconut water, tomato paste, kelp noodles etc. (because let’s be honest, these foods are still nutritious and allow for both diversity and convenience without having to compromise your health). If dairy is used in a recipe, I’m an advocate for full cream and organic.
