‘Periods, Poo & A Glorious You’ is Rachel’s magnum opus, and is passionately dedicated to providing an authentic and humorous discussion about real food and its relationship to a healthy body, whilst encouraging us to love and embrace both on a journey towards health and well-being. A fantastic read.

  3. Irene Schonberg

A witty & hilarious read about serious issues with our food system, disease & where we might have lost touch with eating real food. Rachel puts us back in track with her easy to follow & delicious recipes along with factual information on why we need to positively change our relationship with food. Thank you Rachel for setting us straight while also making us laugh.

  4. Ulana

  5. Sheanna Bridley

Sad reacts. I’ve read this book before and loved it (obviously) but I’ve been rereading during isolation and I’m up to the second last chapter and I don’t want to finish this book because I love it so much. A real page turner if you will ?

  6. Emily

This book is a refreshing and valuable contribution to the literary world of nutrition and health. Rachel’s honest, and humorous guide is a wealth of wisdom that boldly seeks to amend the social stigma, shame, and silence around our bodies; to bust nutritional myths, and to shed light on some disturbing food-related horrors. She achieves all this, leaving you in stitches with her frank and humorous tales. I am inspired by her courage and the wisdom that has been so inspiringly cultivated throughout her personal journey. This book has the potential to lead you to a wiser, bolder, healthier relationship with food and yourself. It will also leave you with a sense of deep love and gratitude for these miracles we call our bodies.
